and USairforce. Dr.Bernard J Eastlund`s webside will give you full picture of what HAARP can do. It has vast good and bad as well dangerous applications. Initially it was supposed to be to control severe weather patterns but he has warned clearly of its misuse. 10-100GW capacity is not impossible.

What does HAARP have to do with digital TV? The only reason people are switching is because of the HDTV wave that has hit the masses.
I think it’s possibly causing the rise in Cancer cases too. I mean that would explain why 40 years ago, there were fewer reported cases of cancer, and nowadays a lot more people are developing tumors.

HAARP is one of the hidden agenda reasons the government is mandating the DTV February 17th, 2009 switch to digital! Logically why would the governemnt care and mandate us having better technology, better picture and sound and pay most of the tab? If we drove a dinosaur or operated a Comador computer, why would they care? Technology advances, but they don’t usually mandate it!

Anyone remember those blackouts we had a few years back that were caused by a supposed “lightning bolt hitting a power station” Its more likely that a lightning bolt couldn’t do that much damage than HAARP not actually existing, we have too many backups when it comes to “power stations” for a single lightning bolt to do such a thing, unless of course like 10 of them got hit by a lightning bolt which is even more unlikely…

Guy in a video has watched too much sci fi. There is no way how this thing could have power output in 10 - 100 GW range. Even if it could there is not enough spare generating capacity in whole Northern America.
To blow up Earth you`d need freakin 2*10^32 Joules. Where is this energy going to come from?
