Weatherman radar gets jammed by chemtrails-Military testing 1/23/08 Tampa Bay area weatherman explains Military/Government radar jamm(chaff), when his radar gets jammed by military chemtrails. This is one of many experiments are being conducted in our skies. Sorry for the picture quality.
