I don’t know how he can speak & the govt lets him live. Is he giving disinfo? He pateneted a supposed zeropoint device in 2002 that never made it to market. Is his lie that it’s just the Russians have this? We certainly know enough of it’s effects to build one ourselves. Will we use this for a false flag attack and blame the Russians? One a layman’s thoughts:To place blame of what’s going on in our skies & atmosphere to another country is typical of covert operations found in the US military, the CIA, NSA as intelligence espionage since it diverts attention away from the US. alot of people will argue things like this and be opposed without a shred of personal proof. suffice to say im conducting my own experiments and im greatful to tom for bringing this information to my attention so i at least have the oppotunity to prove or disprove. remember the government does not have to restrict information like this as academic circles will condemn such concepts as nonsense even in the face of evidence. my personal advice is to conduct your own tests
