I think it would be an interesting exercise to check up on weather disasters around the time they would use them to change the weather, changing it would upset the balance and cause a disaster or unexpected weather changes somewhere else in the world… if they do change weather for mayday, would the cyclone in myanmar last may 3rd be an example? if so, is it no longer a ‘natural’ disaster and should someone be held responsible for all those deaths?

Recent report suggests 3 holes in the Earth’s electromagnetic field. They better check and make sure HAARP is not responsible for them. What use of a weapon if it weakens Earth’s own shield against planet collision. it would be utter folly like what probably destroyed Mars.

Could be related. There goes a theory around that everything is electric based ( Explaining the dark spots on the sun etc.). If i recall correct it was called ” thunderbolds theory, or you should search on “thunderbolds of the gods”, it is explaining some plasma theory on universal scale. quite interesting.

The title is very misleading and offensive!!! The towers with tesla coils shown in the beginning IN RUSSIA are not any sort of HAARP technology what so ever, those look VERY VERY related to Tesla’s inventions for wireless transmission of energy…. AT THE END OF THE VIDEO on the other hand, around 3:00 the electric GRID is VERY VERY related to HAARP technology and IS NOT located in Russia, but in UNITED STATES, don’t mislead viewers to think that Russia is the evil empire here

I clearly point out in the description of this video that Russia is honest about using high energy electrostatic devices to modify the weather while the USA LIES ABOUT IT and HIDES IT!

Dont worry its nothing to do with weather modification, there are lots of institutes that use those kinda sites for high voltage electrical arc testing against cars/materials.

Notice that the actual american HARP uses a array of antenna’s, obviously its not just any array, its a high power phased array most likely optimised for beam steering thus allowing it to direct all that high power
