LastKnights! Thanks for posting this one. I just wish that I could find the rest of it! It’s kind of strange to think of the home of GI-Joe building a “Weather Dominator Machine”! LOL! Yeah, I had to bring the cartoon into it! LOL! Seriously though, controlling the weather would be a hell of a weapon to have in the tool box. Even if you couldn’t make it flood, a good bit of rain would make it harder to roll tanks cross country. Like we found out in Bosnia back in the 90′s.
