Interesting. Wilhelm Reaich did a lot of early work in Weather Modification… Thanks for you intelligent analysis.
That Zbigniew Brzezinski is something else I tell ya. He’s been through it all. Right in the middle of the last century’s major conflicts – cheering on both sides – he’s such a fair guy!
How did America become so lucky as to have him as our President’s top puppeteer (oops, I meant advisor)
