You can make it not rain down wind from where these guys make it rain. If they release silver iodide, causing premature rain, that air will be less humid, so down wind from there, won’t get the rain they would have if the cloud seeding had not been done.
Chemtrails are aluminum and pathogens. Silver Iodide is what’s used to cloud seed, or in other words make rain. What these people do is called cloud seeding which is not chemtrailing. Cloud seeding is for to make rain, typically for agricultural purpose. Chemtrailing is to make people sick.
