Love your trips and visits. That was brave of you to go in there and ask those questions and he if definitely either lying or is ignorant about what is being carried in those tanks. The Department of Defense has North Dakota listed in one of their documents as one of 5 weather mod stations. This guy told you it was done by the counties. We live in a very evil country. Did you hear this guy say that they HAVE CONTRACTS all over the world? I haven’t uploaded it yet but one of the ladies that worked there said they caused rain in Africa.

In the 70’s when I was in highschool clear blue days were always there. I never dreamed in my worst nightmare that clear blue days would be taken away from us on Mother Earth. The US Government has made sure of it and this PILOT(who was probably about 30 years old) is one of the ONES RESPONSIBLE for KILLING US VERY SLOWLY in the AIR WE BREATH! Guess what HE DOESN’T CARE!
